Find time in your schedule to visit this wonderful alpaca farm!
We had been to an alpaca farm in Pennsylvania before, and really enjoyed it. However, the visit to Tahoma Vista Fiber Mill and LaVida Alpaca Farm was the best experience that we have ever had.

From the moment that we arrived and met David, Jean and their 3 hour old baby alpaca, to the time when we left, we felt welcomed. Their passion for their animals and the production process is contagious!

After feeding and petting the adult alpacas, we were take to the mill building where we learned and observed the process of cleaning, spinning, and turning the alpaca’s wool into a finished coil rug.

We are now more in love with alpacas than ever. The farm is off of the beaten path (as it should be), but totally worth seeking out! 💕

This would be a wonderful experience for families with children.

I took four adults and a five year old on a tour of the Alpaca farm and mill and we all had a great time! The owners are welcoming hosts. We learned so much about fiber processing and loved meeting the animals. Beautiful shop of mill-made goods at the end of the tour. Definitely recommend this experience.
